- Where are the Cybulskiego Guest Rooms?
We are located in the center of Krakow, 600 meters west of the Main Square. In a small quiet street between the streets Garncarska and Wenecja. You do not have to use public transport to visit the city. Please see the map of Krakow here.
- How to get to Cybulskiego street 6 after arriving in Krakow?
We recommend taking a taxi (cheap taxi companies such as ICAR - tel. +48 12 800 00 00 or MEGATAXI - tel. +48 12 19 625). Most companies operate from the parking area above the train platforms. The cost from the train station should not exceed 25 PLN. From the train and bus stations, you can also take a tram or bus. From the TEATR SŁOWACKIEGO stop, take two stops to TEATR BAGATELA. Then walk about 300 meters along Krupnicza Street, turn left onto Garncarska Street, and after 100 meters you will see Cybulskiego Street on the right. From Kraków Balice Airport, we offer car transfers from 90 PLN, after prior arrangement of arrival time via email. (send us an email with details).
- How to get on foot to Old Town?
Just about 7 minutes walk to Old Town. From the house turn right and then left into Garncarska street, then again right down the Studencka street, after 300 meters cross the Podwale street, then down the street Św. Anny reaches the Market Square.
- How to book a room?
Best way is to send an e-mail or call us. You can also use the online booking system on our website.
- How do I change the date of the reservation?
Please send an email or call us.
- How to pay for booking?
We do not require any fee when booking. You pay for accommodation on arrival at our facility in Polish zloty or Euros. We accept credit cards
- Can I pay by credit card and can I have a VAT invoice?
Yes we accept most credit cards.
Of course, we issue VAT invoices.
- Do I have to pay an advance for the night?
We only require advance payments during periods of high occupancy (e.g., May Day weekend, New Year's Eve).
- How to get the keys to the room?
We are waiting for you at the reception on the street Cybulskiego 6 (Cross Street with Garncarska). Please use the button RECEPTION or flat No. 5 (Stefaniuk) at the gate of the house.
- What is the check in and check out time ?
Check in with us starting at 14:00 (arrival day) till 11:00 (day of departure).
- Where can I park my car?
On-street parking – In the city center of Kraków, a paid parking zone is in effect 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Our property is located in Subzone A, where parking fees are as follows: PLN 9 for the first hour, PLN 10 for the second hour, PLN 11 for the third hour, and PLN 9 for each subsequent hour.
Parking must be paid for immediately at a parking meter (the nearest one is located at the corner of Cybulskiego and Garncarska Streets) or via one of the available mobile parking apps.

Private parking space – Guests may also use our private parking space located approximately 20 meters from the property for PLN 50 per day. To arrange this, please contact us in advance, as prior reservation is required.
- Is it possible to be in the room longer than to 11.00?
Yes, whenever possible. Ask at the reception.
- Is smoking allowed in rooms?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
Guests may smoke only in the designated smoking area in our garden or on the terrace, provided that they have booked a room with terrace access.
